Hur fungerar det?
Ställ in appen
Enkelt:
1. Ladda ner appen.
2. Välj var din grind är. Bläddra bara på kartan.
3. Ange radien när samtalet ska ske. Zooma in eller ut på kartan.
4. Vad är grindens telefonnummer? Ange det med landsnummer.
Appen Automatisk Grindöppnare känner av när du närmar dig grinden och, vid den förinställda radien, initierar samtalet.
Ställ in grinden
Att öppna grinden via samtal har sina fördelar, som att kunna öppna på distans. Men om du redan har ett annat samtal… fungerar det helt enkelt inte. Du kan inte ha två samtal samtidigt.
Därför valde vi en annan lösning – att ringa från servern. På så sätt öppnas grinden även om du har ett annat samtal igång.
Appen visar dig ett servertelefonnummer. Vänligen lägg till det på vitlistan på din grind.
Dela med andra
Att dela åtkomst till grinden med andra är superenkelt. Lägg bara till den nya användarens telefonnummer och spara.
Vi skickar då ett SMS med en länk för att ladda ner appen Automatisk Grindöppnare. Grinden är redan förinställd med samma inställningar (förutom dina personliga Bluetooth-inställningar), som de kan justera.
Att ta bort åtkomst är ännu enklare – ta bara bort behörigheten.
Appen är byggd med din integritet som högsta prioritet. För att automatisk öppning ska fungera måste appen ha tillåtelse att spåra din plats hela tiden, eftersom öppningen av grinden styrs av din position när du närmar dig. Dina rörelser utanför grindens radie skickas inte utanför appen, används inte och lagras inte. Den enda datan som registreras är när du går in i geofencen, vilket triggar den automatiska öppningen.
All data hanteras enligt Europeiska allmänna dataskyddsförordningen (GDPR) och behandlas inom EU. För mer information, se villkoren.
Hur ställer man in det?

2. Ställ in grindens plats, öppningsradie och grindens telefonnummer. Du kan välja mellan manuell och automatisk öppning.
3. Om din grind endast accepterar samtal från auktoriserade nummer, lägg till det nummer som appen tillhandahåller i grindens lista över godkända uppringare.

Har du någonsin inte kunnat öppna din grind eftersom du redan var i ett annat samtal? Eftersom Automatisk Grindöppnare fungerar i bakgrunden (genom att använda ett separat vitlistat telefonnummer) behöver du inte vänta tills du avslutat ett annat samtal.
Och om du gillar att streama musik eller poddar från telefonen kommer du uppskatta att uppspelningen fortsätter utan avbrott. Appen använder alltså inte din telefon för samtal, utan gör detta i bakgrunden.
Customization options
You can personalize when and how the gate opens. The options are:
Entry
Manual — You open the gate manually in the app by tapping "Open Gate".
Automatic and always — Gate opens automatically whenever you approach.
Automatic if not parking — Gate opens automatically only when you approach and are not parked. It prevents unwanted openings when the car is already parked.
Automatic if Bluetooth is connected — Gate opens automatically when you approach and your phone is connected to your car via Bluetooth. It verifies you're coming with your vehicle.
Exit
Manual — Open the gate manually by tapping "Open Gate" in the app.
Automatic if Bluetooth connects — Gate opens automatically when your phone connects to your car via Bluetooth.
Share with others
Sharing gate access with others is simple. Just add their phone number, and they'll receive an SMS with further instructions. The gate settings will be the same, but they can change them.
Removing access is even easier — simply delete the permission.

FAQ
How reliable the Automatic Gate Opener app is?
Automatic Gate Opener relies on your phone's GPS. Newer phones with a charged battery or phones charging during the drive are pretty accurate. If your phone battery is running low, then to preserve energy, the phone may switch off GPS or mobile data, and in the worst case, the automation does not work. If automation fails, you can still open the gate manually by opening the app.
How do I know if Automatic Gate Opener opened the gate?
If the app reacts and opens the gate, you will hear a mild sound (beep). This requires push notifications to be enabled.
What to do if the gate does not open?
If the gate did not open, please open the app and open the gate from there. If this happens regularly, please send an email to autlo@autlo.com, and we will try to help.
Can I also open the gate manually, if needed?
Of course. If you want to let somebody else in or for whatever other reason, just open the app and manually open the gate.
Why do I need to share my phone location?
If you use Automatic Gate Opener automatically, then it opens the gate, if you approach. So the app has to see the location in the background, all the time. Nothing is stored or sent out from the app until you cross the gate geofence.
What if your gate does not have an option to open via the call?
The good news is that phone call activation capability can be added to any electrical gate, garage door, or barrier.
First, check with your supplier. Maybe this feature is already available, you just do not know about it. Or it is not yet activated.

How long is my data stored for?
All events are stored for 4 months and then deleted automatically. The data is handled inside the European Union, and according to EU GDPR rules. See more in the terms.
