É fácil:
1. Baixe o app.
2. Selecione onde o seu portão está localizado — basta navegar no mapa.
3. Qual é o raio em que a ligação deve acontecer? Aproxime ou afaste o zoom do mapa.
4. Qual é o número de telefone do portão? Insira-o com o código internacional.
O app Abrir Portão Automático detecta quando você se aproxima do seu portão e, ao atingir o raio definido, inicia automaticamente a ligação.
Configurar o portão
Abrir o portão por meio de uma ligação tem suas vantagens — como poder abri-lo à distância. Mas, se você estiver em outra chamada, simplesmente não funciona. Não é possível fazer duas ligações ao mesmo tempo.
Por isso, escolhemos outra abordagem: a ligação é feita pelo servidor. Assim, mesmo que você esteja em uma chamada, o portão será aberto normalmente.
O app mostrará um número de telefone do servidor. Adicione esse número à lista de autorizados (whitelist) no seu portão.
Compartilhe com outras pessoas
Compartilhar o acesso ao portão com outras pessoas é super fácil. Basta adicionar o número de telefone do novo usuário e salvar.
Enviaremos um SMS com um link para baixar o app Abrir Portão Automático. O portão já vem pré-configurado com as mesmas definições (exceto suas configurações pessoais de Bluetooth), que o novo usuário poderá ajustar.
Remover o acesso é ainda mais simples — basta apagar a permissão.
O app foi desenvolvido com a sua privacidade como prioridade máxima. Sim, para que a automação de abertura funcione, o app precisa ter permissão para acessar sua localização o tempo todo, pois a abertura do portão é decidida com base na sua aproximação. Seus movimentos fora do raio de abertura do portão não são enviados, utilizados ou armazenados fora do app.
A única informação processada é a entrada na área de georreferência (geofence), que aciona a automação de abertura do portão.

Como configurar?

2. Configure a localização do portão, o raio de abertura e o número de telefone do portão. Você pode escolher entre abertura manual ou automática.
3. Se o seu portão só aceita chamadas de números autorizados, adicione o número fornecido pelo app à lista de números aprovados do portão.

Você pode personalizar quando e como o portão abre. As opções são:
Entrada
Manual — Você abre o portão manualmente no app, tocando em “Abrir Portão”.
Automático e sempre — O portão abre automaticamente sempre que você se aproxima.
Automático se não estiver estacionado — O portão abre automaticamente apenas quando você se aproxima e não está estacionado, evitando aberturas indesejadas com o carro parado.
Automático se o Bluetooth estiver conectado — O portão abre automaticamente quando você se aproxima e seu celular está conectado ao carro via Bluetooth. Verifica que você está chegando com o veículo.

Manual — Abra o portão manualmente tocando em “Abrir Portão” no app.

Share with others
Sharing gate access with others is simple. Just add their phone number, and they'll receive an SMS with further instructions. The gate settings will be the same, but they can change them.
Removing access is even easier — simply delete the permission.

FAQ
How reliable the Automatic Gate Opener app is?
Automatic Gate Opener relies on your phone's GPS. Newer phones with a charged battery or phones charging during the drive are pretty accurate. If your phone battery is running low, then to preserve energy, the phone may switch off GPS or mobile data, and in the worst case, the automation does not work. If automation fails, you can still open the gate manually by opening the app.
How do I know if Automatic Gate Opener opened the gate?
If the app reacts and opens the gate, you will hear a mild sound (beep). This requires push notifications to be enabled.
What to do if the gate does not open?
If the gate did not open, please open the app and open the gate from there. If this happens regularly, please send an email to autlo@autlo.com, and we will try to help.
Can I also open the gate manually, if needed?
Of course. If you want to let somebody else in or for whatever other reason, just open the app and manually open the gate.
Why do I need to share my phone location?
If you use Automatic Gate Opener automatically, then it opens the gate, if you approach. So the app has to see the location in the background, all the time. Nothing is stored or sent out from the app until you cross the gate geofence.
What if your gate does not have an option to open via the call?
The good news is that phone call activation capability can be added to any electrical gate, garage door, or barrier.
First, check with your supplier. Maybe this feature is already available, you just do not know about it. Or it is not yet activated.

How long is my data stored for?
All events are stored for 4 months and then deleted automatically. The data is handled inside the European Union, and according to EU GDPR rules. See more in the terms.
