Account deletion

Every app user has the right to delete their account.

There are two ways to delete an account:
1. Open the app and in the Settings, select "Delete account".
2. Send a request for deletion of your account by SMS to the customer service phone +372 5646 6001. The account from which the SMS was sent will be deleted.

The account will be deleted within 7 days.

After deletion, you can always re-register as a new customer by entering your phone number in the app and the SMS confirmation code sent.

NB! If you have any concerns or questions, please contact customer support at autlo@autlo.com and we will try to help. After deletion, problems with a specific account can no longer be resolved as the data has been deleted.
